Victoria and Sam’s Long Island beach engagement photos had all the beachy vibes you could want! We walked along a boardwalk, played in the sand, saw the Fire Island lighthouse, and ended their session in the water. It was the perfect session for this beach loving couple!
Long Island Beach Engagement Session
While in New Jersey for a wedding, I met up with Victoria and Sam for their engagement session. We met at Kismet Beach which is a place they often visited while dating. With Chinese take-out in hand, they would come to this beach to eat and hang out together.
In 2020, I first met Victoria and Sam when I photographed Sam’s proposal to Victoria in the Adirondack Mountains. I pretended to be their hiking guide and hiked 10 miles with these two the summit. Sam totally surprised Victoria with the sweetest proposal. The summit we hiked too had the most INSANE views of the mountains in full fall color, so their proposal photos are epic! Here’s a post from my Instagram! Needless to say, Victoria and Sam are a super special couple to me and I can’t wait to photograph their summer wedding in 2023!
Engagement Photos at Kismet Beach
If you’re thinking of beach engagement photos near Long Island, NY there are several areas to choose from. Since Kismet Beach is a favorite place for Victoria and Sam, it made choosing an engagement location super easy! Kismet Beach is along the start of Fire Island. It’s a quiet, beautiful beach that isn’t as busy as other places during the Long Island beach season!
